Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and WEB HOST PUNE, Pune, Maharashtra, India ("we", "us"), for the use of WEB HOST PUNE Tools at tools.webhostpune.com (the "service").

In short: the service is provided as it is. Your data is your responsibility: keep your own exports as backups. We are not liable for any loss of data. Read the full terms below.

1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account (including with Google) or using the service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. We record the date and version you accepted. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

The service checks backlink URLs that you submit and reports whether your links are present, followed and indexable, and how they change over time. We may change, limit, suspend or discontinue any feature, limit or plan at any time, with or without notice.

The plans currently are (see pricing):

  • Free: 1 project and 100 link checks in total for the account, up to 100 URLs per scan. Deleting or archiving the project does not restore the allowance. One free account per person.
  • Pro: 20 projects and 2,000 link checks per 30-day period (re-scans count), up to 500 URLs per scan, Google indexing with a Google index check, and DA / PA / Spam Score lookups (see below), for ₹1,500 (or USD 18 via PayPal) per period.
  • Every plan also has a daily limit on the number of scans (currently 20 a day on Free) to keep the service fast for everyone.

Payments

  • You pay in advance for one 30-day period by UPI or PayPal and send us the transaction ID. We activate Pro after we have confirmed the payment, and email you an invoice.
  • Pro does not renew automatically. Paying again before the end adds a new period after the current one.
  • When a period ends, your projects and results stay available to view and export, but you cannot add projects or run new scans until you renew.
  • Unused link checks do not carry over to the next period.
  • If a payment cannot be confirmed (for example, a wrong or reused transaction ID), we do not activate the plan and will tell you why.
  • No refunds. All payments, for the Pro plan and for indexing credits, are final and non-refundable, including for unused time, unused link checks or unused credits. Use the Free plan to try the service before you pay.

Google indexing (Pro)

  • Google indexing is part of the Pro plan; indexing credits can only be bought and used with an active Pro plan (credits you already have stay in your account). With Pro you can send indexable links from your scans to Google indexing: links of any type (dofollow, nofollow, sponsored, ugc) found on pages that load without redirecting, have no noindex, are allowed by robots.txt and have a self canonical. 1 indexing credit is used per link. Pro includes 100 credits per period; they expire at the end of the period. Credits you buy (currently ₹20 or USD 0.25 each) do not expire.
  • Before links are sent, we check which of them Google already has (Google index check). Links found in Google are not sent and use no credit. The check reflects Google at that moment; if it cannot be done, nothing is sent and you can try again later.
  • Links are submitted by the WEB HOST PUNE Indexer, which works with third-party indexing services. Whether and when a page is indexed is decided by Google; indexing is not guaranteed. Typically 50–70% of links get indexed; the result depends mainly on the quality of the linking page and site.
  • After the provider's check (usually about 7 days) we show which links were found indexed. A credit is used for every link sent and is not returned if the link is not indexed. Only if we could not send a link at all is its credit returned to your account (as a credit, not as money).
  • Only send pages you have a legitimate reason to have indexed. We may refuse or stop indexing requests that look abusive or break these terms.

Domain Authority, Page Authority and Spam Score (Pro)

  • With the Pro plan you can add Moz Domain Authority (DA), Page Authority (PA) and Spam Score to the backlinks found in your scans, up to the number of lookups per period shown on the Plans page. A link looked up in the last 30 days uses no lookup. Unused lookups do not carry over.
  • These values are third-party estimates provided by Moz. They are not Google metrics, can change at any time and may be missing for some sites. We do not guarantee their accuracy or availability.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and give accurate information, including a working email address.
  • Keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity in your account. Tell us at info@webhostpune.com if you suspect misuse.
  • One person per account. Accounts created automatically or in bulk are not allowed.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • submit URLs you have no legitimate reason to check, or use the service to harass, overload or attack any website;
  • try to reach private or internal networks, bypass limits, security checks or bot protection, or probe the service for vulnerabilities;
  • scrape, copy, resell or reverse engineer the service, or access it by automated means other than its normal interface;
  • use the service for anything unlawful or in breach of others' rights.

We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, without notice.

5. Your data and backups

  • You are responsible for your data. You keep ownership of the content you add (projects, URLs, logos), and you are solely responsible for it and for keeping your own copies.
  • Export important data. Use the CSV, Excel and PDF exports to keep backups of any results you need. Do not rely on the service as your only copy.
  • Data can be lost or removed. Data may be lost, corrupted or become unavailable, for example through technical failure, maintenance, changes to the service, or deletion of unverified, inactive or suspended accounts.
  • We are not responsible for data loss. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, corruption or unavailability of your data, or for any consequences of it.
  • We use your data as described in the Privacy Policy, including to operate and improve the service and for our internal and promotional purposes in anonymised, aggregated form.

6. Results are not guarantees

Results are automated checks of third-party web pages at the moment of the scan. Pages change, block automated visitors or behave differently for different visitors, so results may be incomplete or inaccurate. Results are not a promise about search rankings, indexing or the value of any link, and decisions you make based on them are your own.

7. Third-party services

The service relies on third parties such as hosting, Google and Cloudflare. We are not responsible for their availability or actions, or for the content of the websites you ask us to check.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WEB HOST PUNE and its owners and staff are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, rankings, traffic or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim, which for free accounts is zero.

10. Ending your use

You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account at info@webhostpune.com. We may suspend or end your access at any time, for example for breaking these terms or if we discontinue the service. Sections 5 to 9 and 12 continue to apply afterwards.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date and version at the top show the latest change. For important changes we will notify you by email or on the site, and may ask you to accept the new version. If you keep using the service after a change, the updated terms apply.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
